Korean-style sweat steaming, known as Hanjungmak (한증막) in Korean, is a traditional therapy originating from Korea (the “Service”). It involves staying in a heated room or space with high temperatures that induce sweating, which is believed to promote detoxification, improve blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, and relax the body and mind. K HEALING SPA SDN. BHD. (Company No: 202301046383 (1540297-T)) (“K HEALING SPA”) provides the Service subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms and Conditions”), and the Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals who receive, engage in, or otherwise engage in the Service, regardless of whether such participation is paid or unpaid (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”). By engaging in the Service, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

1. Preparation Prior to the Service
   1. Customers must refrain from overeating or fasting.
   2. Customers are required empty their bowels and bladder, wash their face, remove makeup, and refrain from washing their hair.
   3. Customers are required to shower and drink three cups of small molecule water to prepare their bodies.
2. Guidelines During the Service
   1. Upon entering the designated heated room or space, the Customers must maintain a quiet and relaxed state. Frequent entry and exit should be avoided to ensure maximum absorption of the steam energy.
   2. During the sweating process, Customers must gently pat their body dry with a towel and avoid rubbing the body to prevent obstruction of sweat glands.
   3. Service Duration:
      1. First-time Customers are advised to limit their session to 30-40 minutes.
      2. For subsequent sessions, Customers are advised should not exceed 60 minutes.
   4. If any discomfort arises during the Service, the Customer should immediately exit the heated room or space, rest, and only re-enter once the symptoms have subsided.
   5. Customers are advised to drink warm water regularly throughout the session to avoid bloating.
   6. For Customers who do not fall under the contraindications specified in Clause 5, the following posture recommendations are provided based on general physical conditions. The recommended posture based on physical condition is as follows:
      1. Customers with Hypertension, circulatory, and spinal issues: It is recommended to lie flat on your back with the palms facing downward.
      2. Customers with Digestive issues: It  is recommended to lie face down with the palms facing upward.
      3. Customers with Respiratory or skin issues: It is recommended to remain sit upright.
      4. Customers with Gynecological conditions: Alternating between lying face down and sitting.
      5. For weight loss: Alternating between lying and prone positions.
3. Guidelines After the Service
   1. Avoid bathing for 4-6 hours after the session to prevent chilling of the body;
   2. Cold drinks and cold-water contact are strictly prohibited;
   3. Eat light meals;
   4. Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption, and vigorous exercise; and
   5. Drink eight glasses of alkaline water after the session.
4. Recommended frequency of sessions:
   1. Customers with health conditions: It is recommended to undergo 1 session per day until recovery, followed by 2-3 sessions per week thereafter, as deemed appropriate based on the individual’s condition.
   2. Customers seeking beauty, health benefits, or weight loss: It is recommended to undergo 7-15 consecutive sessions, followed by 2-3 sessions per week thereafter, as deemed appropriate based on the individual’s condition.
5. Contraindications for the Service
   1. The following Customers are prohibited from engaging in the Service to avoid potential health risks, complications due to physical stress, or the risk of transmitting infections to others:
      1. Customers who have been diagnosed with severe heart conditions, including but not limited to arrhythmias, heart failure, or coronary artery disease;
      2. Customers who have implanted pacemakers or other electronic devices;
      3. Customers currently experiencing active bleeding or recovering from an injury that involved significant blood loss;
      4. Customers with a history of bleeding disorders, such as hemophilia or thrombocytopenia;
      5. Customers who have internal implants, such as steel plates, pins, or any other metal prosthetics;
      6. Customers with active skin diseases, including but not limited to eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, or open wounds;
      7. Customers with contagious skin conditions, such as scabies or impetigo;
      8. Customers diagnosed with hyperthyroidism or any thyroid-related disorders that cause an overactive thyroid;
      1. Customers with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, including but not limited to stroke, aneurysms, and severe hypertension;
      10. Pregnant women and women who are menstruating;
      11. Customers who have known allergies or sensitivities to far-infrared rays;
      50. Customers with severe hypertension (High Blood Pressure);
      1000. Customers with severe asthma or chronic respiratory conditions, including but not limited to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); and/or
      14. Customers who have consumed excessive alcohol prior to the Service.
6. Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability
   1. By engaging in the Service, Customers acknowledge that:
      1. they have disclosed any relevant medical conditions and to follow the Terms and Conditions provided by K HEALING SPA, and that K HEALING SPA relies on this disclosure in providing the Service;
      2. they receive and engage in the Service at their own risk and agree to release K HEALING SPA from any liability for adverse effects, injuries, or discomforts arising from engaging the Service due to misuse or failure to follow the Terms and Conditions, or any other unforeseeable circumstances; and
      3. they affirm that they are in good health and physically capable of undergoing sweat steaming. In the event of non-disclosure of any relevant health conditions that cause K HEALING SPA to incur any losses including but not limited to monetary loss or reputational damage, K HEALING SPA reserves the full legal right to take action and claim compensation for the non-disclosure.
   2. K HEALING SPA will take reasonable precautions to mitigate risks associated with the Service.
   3. K HEALING SPA makes no guarantees or representations regarding the therapeutic benefits of the Service and states that the Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
7. Modifications and Termination
   1. K HEALING SPA reserves the right to modify, update, or amend the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, and such changes shall be effective upon their publication at the business outlets or on any official platform of K HEALING SPA.
   2. In the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions by the Customers, or if the Customers fall or may fall under the Contraindications specified in Clause 5, K HEALING SPA reserves the absolute right to refuse to provide the Service without refund and shall not be liable for any claims arising therefrom.
